Synchronous Bilateral Flexure Tumor Causing Ileus and Requiring Surgical Treatment

This case report presented a simultaneous right colon tumor detected perioperatively in patient who developed ileus due to metastatic left the preoperative period. A seventy-six-year-old man was admitted with epigastric pain, nausea, and vomiting. There tenderness defense on deep palpation epigastrium. On computed tomography, there were multiple hypodense lesions liver, mass at level of splenic flexure that obliterates lumen. In addition, numerous air-fluid levels tumoral flexure. Emergency surgery performed, during surgery, masses hepatic Palliative total abdominal colectomy end ileostomy performed megacolon. The died sudden cardiac arrest 1st postoperative day.
